Follow This Steps .:
1. Open Notepad, paste below text in it.
@echo off
color 02
:start
echo %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random%
goto start
2. Now Go to File>Save As and rename the file CMD.bat
3. Now Run File "CMD.bat"
4. Enjoy this CMD effect.
